摘  要:目的建立一种UPLC-TQ-MS对苦豆子中生物碱类成分定性分析的方法,可以对苦豆子药材中生物碱类成分进行快速鉴定。方法以UPLC-TQ-MS方法,结合相关文献和数据库筛查,依据其精确分子质量、特征离子、MS/MS裂解规律和色谱保留行为对苦豆子中生物碱类化学成分进行定性鉴定。结果共鉴定出苦豆子中4类生物碱并总结出其中3类质谱裂解规律,同时基于其裂解规律分析出7种未知化合物。结论建立的方法可以快速定性分析苦豆子中生物碱类成分,为研究苦豆子化学成分提供了可靠依据。Objective To establish a qualitative analysis method for alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides by UPLC-TQ-MS,and to quickly identify the alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides.Methods According to experimental results acquired by UPLC-TQ-MS and combined with relevant literature and database screening,based on the exact molecular mass,characteristic ions,MS/MS cleavage rules and chromatographic retention behavior of alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides,the chemical constituents of alkaloids in beans were qualitatively identified.Results Four kinds of alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides were identified and cleavaage rules of three of them were summarized by mass spectrometry.What's more,seven unknown compounds were analyzed based on their cleavage rules.Conclusion The established method can quickly and qualitatively analyze the alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides,which provides a reliable basis for studying the chemical constituents of Sophora alopecuroides.
