摘　　要：糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)在过去通常被认为是一种原发性血管病变,而最近的研究数据提示了糖尿病视网膜神经变性(DRN)在糖尿病眼部损伤中的重要作用。糖尿病患者人群中,DRN常与DR同时存在,并且先于DR发生,因此猜测DRN可能是DR的起始因素之一,但目前二者相互关系尚未能阐明。糖尿病引起视网膜神经变性的机制,以及视网膜神经变性与DR因果关系如果能得到证实,则可以对糖尿病性视网膜病变进行早期临床干预,从而延缓糖尿病患者的视力丧失。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)has often been considered a primary vascular disease in the past,but recent research suggests that diabetic retinal neurodegeneration(DRN)plays an important role in diabetic eye damage.In patients with diabetes,diabetic retinal neurodegeneration often co-exists with diabetic retinopathy and occurs before diabetic retinopathy,so it is speculated that diabetic retinal neurodegeneration may be one of the initiation factors of DR,but the correlation between the two has not been clarified at present.If the mechanism of retinal neurodegeneration caused by diabetes and the causal relationship between retinopathy and DR can be confirmed,early clinical intervention for diabetic retinopathy will be conducted to prevent vision loss in patients with diabetes.
