电子归档病案复印与纸质归档病案复印对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨使用电子归档病案复印对比传统使用纸质归档病案复印的优势。方法选择某医院2015年1月1日-2015年12月31日使用纸质归档病案复印病案数据(纸质病案组)与2018年1月1日-2018年12月31日使用电子归档病案复印病案(电子归档组)数据,在工作人员数量不变的情况下,比较两组的接待复印人数、复印量、人均复印量、平均等候时间、平均接待时间等指标,并分别随机抽取两组窗口复印患者或家属200人发放满意度调查表,对两组病案复印质量和等候时间等项目满意度进行调查分析。结果电子归档组复印病案接待总人数44 166人、复印总页数3 665 778页、人均复印83页,明显高于纸质病案组的接待总人数13752人、复印总页数440067张、人均复印32张;电子归档组日均接待121人次,明显高于纸质病案组的日均接待55人次;电子归档组人均接待用时2.50分钟、人均等候时间5.00分钟,均明显短于纸质病案组的人均接待用时8.20分钟、人均等候时间15.00分钟,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;电子归档组满意率96.88%,明显高于纸质病病案组满意率的61.42%,不满意情况中电子归档组医师字迹不清晰和检验报告不清晰为0.00%、不满意等候时间长占2.85%,均明显低于纸质病案组的医师字迹不清晰的17.21%、检验报告不清晰的10.12%、不满意等候时间长的10.92%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论运用电子归档病案复印可以明显提高病案复印件质量,提高工作效率,提高患者对病案复印工作的满意度。Objective To explore the advantages of using electronic filing to copy and compare the traditional copy of the medical records.Methods From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, a hospital was selected to use paper archived medical record photocopying data(paper medical record group) and electronic archived medical record photocopying data(electronic filing group) from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. In the case of the same number of staff, two groups of reception copy number, copy quantity, per capita copy quantity, average waiting time, average reception time and other indicators were compared. Two groups of window photocopying patients or 200 family members were randomly selected to send out satisfaction questionnaires, and the quality and waiting time of medical record photocopying in the two groups were investigated and analyzed.Results The total number of the electronic filing group is 44166, the total number of pages is 3,665,778, and the number of pages per person is 83. It was significantly higher than that of the paper medical record group, with a total number of copies of 440067 pages and 32 copies per capita. The average daily reception of electronic archiving group was 121, which was significantly higher than that of paper medical record group(55 times per day). The average reception time and waiting time per person in the electronic archiving group were 2.50 minutes and 5.00 minutes, respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the paper medical record group(8.20 minutes and 15.00 minutes). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of electronic archiving group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than that of paper medical record group(61.42%). In the case of dissatisfaction, the handwriting of the doctor in the electronic archiving group was not clear and the test report was not clear, which was 0.00%.
