摘  要:针对传统提升箕斗监测装置大多采用防爆蓄电池供电,其续航能力无法满足监测设备用电需求的情况,设计了一种利用滚轮罐耳转动的发电装置。该装置通过箕斗运行时罐耳转动带动永磁发电机发电,为防爆电源提供电能。为保证发电效率,采用弹簧式底座,避免因罐耳振动与永磁发电机碰撞。试验结果表明,该装置设计合理,可靠性高,可为后续罐耳发电装置的设计提供参考。Since most of the monitoring device installed on the hoisting skipper is powered by explosion-proof battery whose endurance fails to meet the power demand,thus a kind of power generation device by using the rotation of the wheeled cage shoe was designed.While the kipper operating,the rotation of the wheeled cage shoe drove the permanent magnet generator to supply power for the explosion-proof battery.In order to ensure the power generating efficiency,spring-typed pedestal was applied to avoid the collision of the vibrating shoe and the permanent magnet generator.Test results showed the generator was characterized by reasonable design and high reliability.It offered reference for the design of the power generation device for the shoe.
