摘 要:概述了共振筛技术研究在未来的矿物加工中的重要意义,介绍了单振源共振筛的结构组成及特点、工作原理及性能特征,采用了0.12mm筛孔的单振源共振筛进行了工艺效果试验,试验结果表明:处理量保持恒定时,随着入料质量分数的增加,筛下细度(-200目)基本保持恒定,筛上细度(-200目)逐渐减小后逐渐增大,筛下产率与筛分效率逐渐增加而后逐渐减小,质量分数在45%时,筛分效率较大;入料质量分数保持恒定时,随着处理量的增大,筛下细度(-200目)基本保持恒定,筛上细度(-200目)逐渐增大,筛下产率与筛分效率均逐渐减小,当筛分效率为75%以上时,处理量可以达到13.5t/(m^2·h)。The significance of resonance screen technology research in mineral processing in future was summarized,and the structural characteristics,working principle and performance characteristics of the single vibration source resonance screen were introduced.The single vibration source resonance screen with 0.12 mm screening hole was used to test its technical effects.The test results showed:while the throughput keeping constant,with the increase in feed mass fraction,the fineness under the screen (-200 mesh) basically kept constant,the fineness above the screen (-200 mesh) gradually decreased and then gradually increased,both the yield under the screen and the screening efficiency gradually increased and then gradually decreased,and the screening efficiency was the highest at the feed mass fraction of 45%;while the feed mass fraction keeping constant,with the increase in the throughput,the fineness under the screen (-200 mesh) basically kept constant,the fineness above the screen (-200 mesh) gradually increased,both the yield under the screen and the screening efficiency gradually decreased,and the throughput reached 13.5 t/(m^2·h) at the screening efficiency being above 75%.
