糖皮质激素联合孟鲁司特对哮喘患者血清IL-4、IL-10、IL-13、CRP因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨予以哮喘患者使用糖皮质激素+孟鲁司特治疗的效果及对血清炎症因子指标的影响。方法:将本院收治的124例哮喘患者随机分成观察组(n=62)与对照组(n=62),对照组单纯予以患者雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,观察两组治疗效果及血清炎症因子指标变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.16%,明显高于对照组82.26%的总有效率(P<0.05);经治疗后,两组患者血清IL-4、IL-13、CRP指标水平均较治疗前降低,IL-10水平较治疗前升高,但观察组指标降低或升高幅度明显要比对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:临床中应用糖皮质激素联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘,可取得显著的疗效,改善患者血清炎症因子水平,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of glucocorticoid plus montelukast treatment on asthmatic patients and their serum inflammatory cytokines indicators.Methods:124 patients with asthma admitted in our hospital were randomized into the observation group(n=62)and the control group(n=62).Patients in the control group received simply atomization inhalation of budesonide treatment,while the control group were added montelukast on the basis of the treatment received by the observation group.Then indicator changes of the serum inflammatory cytokines in both groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.16%,which was significantly higher than 82.26%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IL-4,IL-13 and CRP levels in both groups were reduced,while IL-10 levels were increased compared with those before treatment.However,the decrease or increase degree of the indexes in the observation group was more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of glucocorticoid combined with montelukast in the treatment of asthma can achieve significant curative effect,improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients,which is worth promoting.
