摘  要:目的:探讨集束化照料者培训模式对住院老年期痴呆患者认知、情感和生活自理能力转归影响,为痴呆者日常生活照料提供参考。方法:选取在我院住院老年期痴呆者60例,随机将照料者分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组按常规陪护人员方法进行管理;干预组采取集束化生活护理培训模式进行干预管理;通过统计学方法分析两组照料管理方式下对患者认知转归的差异。结果:干预组照料3个月和6个月患者生存质量、情感、生活自理程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组认知功能、意外事件、并发症比较差异无统计学意义。结论:照料者集束化培训干预提高了痴呆患者的生存质量、生活自理能力,能有效缓解老人的孤独焦虑和抑郁情绪。Objective:To discuss the effects of caregivers'cluster training mode on the cognitive,emotional and activities of daily living outcomes in hospitalized dementia patients,so as to privide reference for the daily care of dementia patients.Methods:There were 60 cases of dementia patients hospitalized in our hospital,whose caregivers were randomized into the intervention group and control group with 30 caregivers in each group.Caregivers in the control group were managed according to the routine escort method,while caregivers in the intervention group received management of cluster living nursing training mode.Statistical approach was used to analyze the differences of patients'congnitive outcomes brought by the two different nursing management.Results:There were statistical differences of the patients'quality of life,emotion and self-care abilities 3 months and 6 months'intervention compared with those of the control group(P<0.05);there were no statistical significances of cognitive function,accident and complications occuring between patients in both groups.Conclusion:Caregivers*cluster training intervention helps improve the patients'quality of life,self-care abilities of living,and can also effectively relieve the loneliness,anxiety and depression of the elderly.
