集束化护理策略在葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征皮损创面应用效果

摘　　要：目的:回顾性总结葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome,SSSS)皮损创面集束化护理措施的临床护理效果。方法:选择在我院皮肤科住院治疗的SSSS患者54例,依据所采取的护理措施情况,A组22例作为常规护理组,B组32例作为集束化护理组。A组取常规治疗护理方法:①选择敏感抗生素静脉用药。②保持床单位清洁,皮损外用抗生素软膏涂擦。B组集束化治疗护理措施:①选择敏感抗生素静脉用药。②1:10000高猛酸钾溶液浸浴创面1次/d。③0.1%依沙叮啜溶液湿敷糜烂面2次/d。④洁悠神长效抗菌材料(简称洁悠神)喷洒皮损创面3次/日。比较两组患者皮损创面愈合时间和疼痛感觉。结果:B组患者皮损创面愈合时间较A组缩短(P<0.05)、B组患者FLACC疼痛量表评分较A组低(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理策略用于SSSS皮损创面护理,有助于促进创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛及增加患者舒适度。Objective:The clinical nursing effect of cluster nursing measures on skin lesions caused by staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome(SSSS)was retrospectively reviewed.Methods:54 cases of hospitalized SSSS patients in our hospital were divided into routine care group(Group A)and cluster care group(Group B)according to different nursing measures taken.22 cases of SSSS patients in Group A received routine care,while another 32 SSSS patients in Group B adopted cluster care.Routine care included:①Selecting intravenous use of sensitive antibiotics.②Keeping the sheet clean,and applying antibiotic ointment to skin lesions.And cluster care included:①Selecting intravenous use of sensitive antibiotics.②Using 0.01%potassium permanganate solution to immerse the wound,once a day.③0.1%ethacridine solution was applied to soaking the skin erosion,twice a day.④Spraying the skin lesions with Jieyoushen long-acting antibacterial materials(jieyoushen for short),three times a day.Then healing time of skin lesions and pain sensation were compared between patients in the two groups.Results:The healing time of skin wound in Group B was shorter than that in Group A(P<0.05);FLACC score of patients in Group B was lower than that of Group A(P<0.05).Conlusion:Cluster nursing strategy helps promote the healing of the skin lesions,relieve pain and increase comfort for patients.
