摘　　要：外源性脂质性肺炎(ExLP)是一种罕见疾病。因其缺乏典型的、特异性的临床表现及辅助检查,故进一步认识及详细病史采集对于ExLP的诊断至关重要。ExLP同时合并肺结核则更为罕见,容易误诊及漏诊。本文通过报道1例经病原学及病理确诊的典型的ExLP合并肺结核病例,并进行文献复习,以提高对该疾病的进一步认识。Exogenous lipoid pneumonia(ExLP)is a rare disease in clinical practice.Because of the lack of typical and specific clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination,further understanding and detailed history collection are very important for the diagnosis of ExLP.ExLP combined pulmonary tuberculosis is even more rare and can be easily misdiagnosed.This article reports a typical case of ExLP complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis confirmed by etiology and pathology,and literatures are reviewed in order to improve the further understanding of the disease.
