摘　　要：建设思想政治理论课“金课”要从教学内容、教学方法、教学形式、教学话语上改革创新,充分发挥教师自身和学生的主观能动性,实施有效的课堂管理。教师要坚持从学生需要出发,时刻关注学生变化,始终立足学生实际,围绕学生、关注学生、服务学生,打造因生施教的亮点。教师不仅要站好讲台,还一定要做好“课外”功夫,不断增强高校思想政治理论课的感染力、吸引力和亲和力。To construct the“Valuable Courses”of the ideological and political theory course,we should reform and innovate the teaching content,teaching method,teaching form and teaching discourse.Additionally,we should give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers and students and implement effective classroom management.Teachers should insist to start with the needs of students,always pay attention to the changes of students,based on the actual situation of students,and set the model of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude.Teachers should not only perform well in class,but also do a good job in“extracurricular”activities,and constantly enhance the appeal,attraction and affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
