探讨碎煤加压气化炉压差大的原因及处理

摘　　要：通过对气化装置原始开车至今气化炉满负荷生产时,与粗煤气总管压差较大问题,进行了原因分析和改造,指出改造后气化炉的运行效果、运行状态良好。The pressure difference between the gasifier and the main pipe of the crude gas is large when the gasifier is in full load production since the original starting-up of gasification unit. Reason analysis and retrofit are carried out, and operation effect and operation state of the gasifier after retrofit are good.
