摘　　要：目的规范医疗机构传染病报告和管理工作,提高医疗机构传染病预防和控制水平。方法2013-2018年应用鱼骨图分析法,找出影响医疗机构传染病报告和管理的各种因素,并针对性地采取流程再造和管理优化如建设信息化系统、倡导迎前式预检分诊、加强培训和演练、调整奖惩政策等措施,全面提升传染病的报告和管理水平。结果通过流程再造和管理优化,传染病报告发病数量逐年上升,且增长速度快于门急诊人次和出院人次增长速度;传染病就诊科室正确率、报告率、报告及时率、报告卡完整率和正确率均已达或接近100%。结论使用鱼骨图分析法可有效改善传染病报告和管理,有利于促进医疗机构传染病预防和控制。Objective To standardize report and administration of infectious diseases,and improve the level of prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions.Methods From 2013 to 2018,fishbone diagram analysis was applied to discover the factors affecting the report and administration of infectious diseases in medical institutions,and measures such as building information system,advocating pre-examination and triage,strengthening training and drilling,and adjusting reward and punishment policies were taken to improve the report and management level of infectious diseases in allround way.Results The number of reported infectious diseases increased year by year,and the growth rate was faster than that of outpatients,emergency and discharged patients.Both the correct department visiting rate,report rate,timely report rate of infectious diseases and the complete rate and correct rate of report cards reached or approached 100%.Conclusions Using fishbone diagram analysis,the report and management of infectious diseases could be effectively improved,and the prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions is also promoted availably.
