摘 要:带电作业在确保电网运行安全和可靠性方面发挥了重要作用,绝缘操作杆作为带电作业中主要操作的工具,确保其处于良好的绝缘状态对确保人员和设备安全具有重要意义。根据DL/T 1240-2013对1000kV带电作业工具装置的试验要求,对绝缘操作杆不同工况下电场分布进行研究。研究结果表明,当绝缘操作杆工作于V串绝缘子时,其高压端所受到的最大场强比I串绝缘子降低6.5%,将试验电极由标准电极改为八分裂导线电极时,操作杆的电位分布更为均匀,且高压端所承受的最大场强能降低为单模拟导线时的9.36%。依据研究结果可对绝缘操作杆试验提出优化方法。Live working plays an important role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the grid operation.The insulated operating rod is the main operation tool in the live working,and ensuring its good insulation state is of great significance for confirming the safety of personnel and equipment.Through the test requirements of 1000 kV live working tool device by DL/T 1240-2013,the electric field distribution and discharge characteristics of insulated operating rod under different working conditions were studied.The results show that when the insulated operating rod is operated on the V string insulator,the maximum field strength is reduced by 6.5%compared with the I string insulator;when the test electrode is changed from the standard electrode to the eight split wire electrode,the potential distribution of the operating rod is more even,and the maximum field strength that the high voltage end can withstand is reduced to 9.36%for a single analog conductor.Through the research results,the optimization method of the insulated operating rod test is proposed.
