护理干预对孕妇首次磁共振检查负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对孕妇首次磁共振检查负性情绪的影响。方法选取本所首次行MRI检查孕妇84例,采用随机方式分为实验组和对照组各42例,对照组孕妇给予常规干预,实验组除常规干预再加宣传图册和视频宣教。对比两组孕妇检查前后心率及特质状态、抑郁焦虑的心理变化。结果实验组和对照组孕妇基本信息、检查前心率、特质2(特质焦虑)得分差异无统计学意义。实验组检查后心率明显低于对照组;实验组特质1(状态焦虑)问卷得分明显低于对照组;实验组焦虑抑郁问卷得分明显低于对照组。结论通过对孕妇首次磁共振检查前全面的护理干预,缓解了孕妇恐惧和焦虑等负性情绪,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect between nursing intervention of fetal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)on the first time and negative emotional effects.Methods 84 pregnant women,who took fetus MRI examination on the first time,were at random divided into Observation Group(n=42)and Control Group(n=42).Data were collected from shandong provincial medical imaging institute on January to December in 2018.The control group was given conventional nursing and the Observation Group was given propaganda brochure and video frequency except conventional nursing.The heart rate between before and after examination and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The general information,the heart rate before examination and trait anxiety scores between two groups,which had no statistically significant difference;The heart rate after examination was substantially less than the control group;the state anxiety scores of the observation group were substantially less than the control group;The scores of anxiety and depression scale were substantially less than the control group.Conclusion It can relieve the pregnant’s anxiety and fear by the psychological nursing intervention wholly,So it is worthy of clinical application.
