摘　　要：目的探讨猫抓病性淋巴结炎的CT及MRI表现。方法回顾性分析本院自2012年8月~2018年12月收治的14例经临床及病理证实的猫抓病患者的流行病学资料,临床表现,影像学检查等,探讨CT及MRI在诊断该病诊断中的价值。结果CT及MRI均表现为边界清楚的结节或肿块(14例),部分呈串样及团块样,增强扫描呈明显强化3例,环形强化1例。结论猫抓病性淋巴结炎的临床表现缺乏特异性,CT及MRI作为常规影像学检查手段,以便提供重要的补充材料,为确诊该病提供重要价值。Objective To evaluate CT and MRI in the diagnosis of cat-scratch disease.Methods CT or MRI findings in 14 cases with clinically-and pathologically-proved cat-scratch disease were retrospectively analyzed and compared with pathologic results from 2012 to 2018.Results The enlarged lymph nodes or mass which had definite boundaries were all found on CT and MRI scan.On enhanced scanning,the lymph nodes or mass showed mild or circula enhancement.Conclusion The clinical manifestion of cat-scratch disease lacked of specificity.CT and MRI can detect lymphadenopathy caused by cat-scratch disease.A combination of lymphadenopathy with clinical history of cat scratching is very helpful for the diagnosis of the disease.
