摘 要:针对广西某选厂钨锡细泥分布率高、粒度微细且多以黑钨矿和锡石形式存在的问题,应用SLon-1600离心机对分选回收钨和锡的工艺开展试验研究,结果表明:SLon-1600离心机在最优操作条件下,通过一粗二精选矿作业,可以得到钨、锡品位分别为8.59%和7.54%的钨锡混合粗精矿,钨、锡富集比高达31.81和27.93,钨、锡回收率分别达到54.91%和48.37%。该粗精矿进一步采用浮选脱硫,可以获得钨、锡品位分别为20.38%和16.23%的钨锡混合精矿,钨、锡回收率分别达到48.16%和38.48%。SLon离心机粗选-浮选脱硫处理钨锡细泥,具有工艺流程短,处理量大和分选指标好的优点,有着广阔的工业应用前景。In view of the problems of high distribution rate of tungsten tin slime,fine particle size and mostly in the form of wolframite and cassiterite in a concentrator in Guangxi.The SLon-1600 centrifuge was applied to carry out the experimental study on the separation and recovery of tungsten and tin from the fine slime.The results indicates that,under the optimized conditions of the separator,a primary concentrate assaying 8.59%WO3 and 7.54%Sn was produced through its"one roughing-two stages cleanings"process,with its enrichment ratios for WO3 and Sn reaching as high as 31.81 and 27.93 and recoveries reaching 54.91%and 48.37%,respectively.This primary concentrate was desulfurized by a flotation process,which produced the final concentrate assaying 20.38%WO3 and 16.23%Sn,with their recoveries reaching 48.16%and 38.48%,respectively.This new process,i.e.,SLon centrifugal separator for roughing and floatation for desulfurization is short and has such advantages as large processing capacity and superior separation performance,so that it will be very prospective for industrials applications.
