摘　　要：分析了IGBT模块结构,提出了一种使用局部放电记录法监测IGBT模块绝缘参数的方法,用于发现初期绝缘缺陷。After analyzing the construction and insulation of IGBT module a method of monitoring the insulation parameters of IGBT module using partial discharge recording method is proposed to find the insulation defects in early stage.
