摘　　要：主要是中国联通广西分公司基于当前国家建设"一带一路"的背景下,以数据为要素,以应用为场景,推动互联网、大数据与政府治理、社会服务的深度融合,实现行业创新。It is mainly based on the current situation of"ne belt and one road"in the construction of China Unicom’s Guangxi branch.Based on data and application,it promotes the deep integration of Internet,big data,government administration and social services to achieve industry innovation.
