摘  要:目前,异步电动机在火力发电厂中应用广泛,但其不足之处也较为明显,主要表现在功率因数低、经济运行范围较窄、启动转矩倍数低及工作效率低等。永磁同步电动机与异步电动机相比,无需电网提供额外的励磁电流,运行中定子电流低,其效率和功率因数都大幅提高,具有明显的节能效果。本文介绍了永磁同步电机应用现状,并通过某350 MW火电机组磨煤机节能改造实例,在不同运行工况下对比分析了异步电机与永磁同步电机的运行情况。试验结果表明,永磁同步电机的节能效果显著,具有明显的经济效益。At present,asynchronous motors are widely used in thermal power plants,but their shortcomings are also more obvious,mainly in terms of low power factor,narrow economic operation range,low starting torque and low work efficiency.Compared with asynchronous motors,permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)do not need additional excitation current from the grid.The stator current is lower during operation,and their efficiency and power factor are greatly improved,which has obvious energy saving effects.This paper introduces the current application status of permanent magnet synchronous motors,and analyzes the operation between asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors under different operating conditionsthrough one energy saving retrofit of coal mill for 350 MW thermal power plant.The test results show that the energy saving effect of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is significant and it has obvious economic benefits.
