摘  要:针对有机朗肯循环(ORC)的研究集中于理想发动机而对真实道路工况下的研究不足的现状,对真实道路工况下ORC系统的节能潜力进行了分析。利用GT-Suite软件中的不同模板,分别建立了发动机、ORC系统、动力传输系统和其他零部件的模型,并在此基础上建立了整车仿真模型。仿真结果表明,发动机和ORC系统模型准确。利用所建整车模型分析了新欧洲驾驶循环(NEDC)和重型柴油车(HHDDT)高速巡航两种道路工况下发动机的排气能量特性、ORC系统的运行特性及节能潜力。结果表明:NEDC工况下的发动机排气能量波动较大,变化范围为5.8~36kW,平均能量回收效率为2.01%,其中,市区工况下的平均排气能量为10.3kW,平均能量回收效率为1.34%,郊区工况下的平均排气能量为18.3kW,平均能量回收效率为3.32%;HHDDT高速巡航工况下的发动机排气能量波动较小,变化范围为5.2~27.7kW,平均排气能量为20.0kW,平均能量回收效率为4.01%;ORC余热回收系统更适用于高速巡航及郊区工况,应尽量避免在车速较低且波动较大的市区工况下使用。Aiming at the current researches of organic Rankine cycle(ORC)focusing on the ideal engine conditions but insufficient under real road conditions,an investigation for energy saving potential of ORC system under real road conditions is carried out.A vehicle model including the models of engine,ORC system,power transmission system and the other components is established by different templates in GT-Suite.Simulations show that the engine and ORC system models are accurate. The vehicle model is used to analyse the exhaust energy characteristics,and the operation characteristics and energy saving potential of ORC system under the new European driving cycle(NEDC)and the heavy-duty diesel truck(HHDDT)high-speed cruise road conditions.The exhaust energy fluctuates greatly under NEDC road condition,ranging from 5.8 kW to 36 kW,with the average energy recovery efficiency of 2.01%.The average exhaust energy in urban road conditions is 10.3 kW,with the average energy recovery efficiency of 1.34%.The average exhaust energy in suburban road condition is 18.3 kW,with the average energy recovery efficiency of 3.32%.The exhaust energy fluctuates slightly under HHDDT high-speed cruise condition,ranging from 5.2 kW to 27.7 kW,with the average exhaust energy of 20.0 kW and the average energy recovery efficiency of 4.01%.The ORC system is more suitable for high-speed cruise or suburban road condition,while for the urban road condition with lower speed and greater fluctuation,it ought to be avoided as far as possible.
