摘　　要：从经济学的视角分析了战争与和平的条件,得出可以通过提高本国战斗力促成和平的条件的结论,而战斗力的提升与装备建设成正相关;同时装备建设发展步伐受装备价格及装备价格机制的制约;最后,从装备价格工作人员的管理水平、任职能力、岗位任职基础三个方面阐述了院校教育对装备价格工作的支撑作用。The conditions of war and peace are analyzed from an economic perspective. The conditions of peace can achieve by improving national fighting capacity. It is positive correlation between the fighting capacity and equipment. Meanwhile, the pace of development of equipment is restricted by the price level and mechanism. Finally, the supporting roles of college education for equipment price work are described from management level, service capability and pose basis of equipment price staff.
