摘  要:对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司热电部5#汽轮机组在运行过程中的异常振动进行综合分析,并对机组振动和排汽缸温度、气温进行现场测试。汽轮机振动情况表明机组内存在各种缺陷,通过气温和排汽温度与汽轮机振动变化关联分析,找出引起机组振动的原因,总结了相关调整经验,采取针对性措施解决了气温和排汽温度变化引起的汽轮机振动偏大问题。Comprehensive analysis of abnormal vibration during the operation of the 5#steam turbine unit of the Thermal Power Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was made,and on-site testing of the unit vibration and exhaust cylinder temperature and air temperature were conducted.Turbine vibration showed that there are various defects in the unit.Through the correlation analysis of the air temperature and the exhaust temperature to the change of the turbine vibration,the causes of the unit vibration were found out,the relevant adjustment experience was summarized,and targeted measures were adopted to solve the problem of large turbine vibration caused by the changes in air temperature and exhaust temperature.
