摘  要:目的探讨提高ICU护理人员业务水平的培训及考核方式。方法将45名ICU护士平均分为感染控制小组、伤口与造口小组、机械通气与人工呼吸道管理小组、血液净化小组,每组10~13名护士,分别进行3个月的理论及专业培训;及后期7个月的临床实践观察。培训结束后采用理论考试、技能考试进行综合考察。结果4个试验组的理论成绩和技能成绩均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚专科护理小组的培训模式确实提高护士的临床综合工作能力,有效提升专科护理水平,改变ICU病区护理质控方法,改善工作质量,为ICU内细分的实践护士及专科护士的再培训和持续培养提供了参考。Objective To explore the training and examination methods of Intensive Care Unit,ICU.Methods 45 ICU nurses were drivided into infection control team,the wound and stoma team,artificial airway management team and blood purification team.Each 10~13 cases.They were all carried out the theoretical examination and skills examination after 3 months of theoretical and professional training.Results 4 experimental groups theoretical achievement and skill scores were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sbuspecialty nursing model in ICU is benefit for the development of comprehensive clinical ability of nurse,and the professional level of nursing care.The straining model of intensive care specialist team does improve the ability of nurses,change the quality control method of ICU to improve the quality of work,and provides reference for the nurse training mode.
