Objective To analyze the role of food intolerance in the pathogenesis of digestive system diseases in children. Methods 75 children with digestive system diseases from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the experimental group and 70 healthy children as the control group. The specific IgG antibodies to 14 kinds of food in the serum of the two groups were compared. Results The first three IgG positive rates in the experimental group were milk, eggs and wheat, while the first three IgG positive rates in the control group were milk, eggs and shrimp.Compared with the control group, the positive rate of IgG in milk, eggs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, shrimp and crab was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week and 4 weeks of intervention, the effective rate of clinical symptoms was 72.0%and 94.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Food intolerance is closely related to digestive system diseases in children.Milk and eggs are the main allergens, suggesting that medical staff should strengthen dietary intervention to improve clinical therapeutic effect.
