口服药物中毒洗胃技术改进联合共情护理应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨急性口服药物中毒急诊洗胃技术改进联合共情护理模式应用的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月-2019年1月我院急诊科实施急诊洗胃抢救的60例口服药物中毒患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规洗胃,观察组实施改良洗胃技术改进联合共情护理模式干预应用。对比两组患者置管情况和救治效果,包括首次置管成功率、洗胃效率、配合程度、并发症发生情况、住院治疗时间和满意度。结果观察组患者首次置管成功率和配合程度优于对照组,观察组置入胃管平均用时、洗胃完成平均时间、胃管堵塞率、胃部损伤率、平均住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性口服药物中毒洗胃技术进行改进,联合应用共情护理模式,可明显提升患者对洗胃救治的配合程度,缩短胃管置入和洗胃耗时及住院治疗时间,减少并发症,提高抢救成功率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acute oral drug poisoning emergency gastric lavage technology to improve the application of combined empathy care model.Methods Sixty patients with oral drug poisoning who underwent emergency gastric lavage in the emergency department of our hospital from July 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional gastric lavage,and the observation group was treated with improved gastric lavage technology to improve the combined empathy nursing mode intervention application.The catheterization and treatment effects of the two groups were compared,including the first tube placement success rate,gastric lavage efficiency,degree of cooperation,complications,hospitalization time,and satisfaction.Results In the observation group,the success rate of first tube placement and degree of cooperation were significantly better than that of the control group.The average time of gastric tube placement,the average time of gastric lavage,gastric tube occlusion rate,gastric injury rate,and average hospitalization time were significantly observed in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improvement of acute oral drug poisoning and gastric lavage technology,combined with the application of empathy care mode,can significantly improve the patient’s degree of corperation with gastric lavage treatment,shorten the time of gastric tube placement and gastric lavage and hospitalization time,reduce concurrent Disease,improve the success rate of rescue.
