摘 要:近年来,为应对二甲苯供不应求与苯产量过剩的现状,研究人员开发了苯和碳九芳烃烷基转移技术和苯甲醇烷基化技术,将过剩的苯转化成甲苯和二甲苯。文章从反应原理、催化剂研发进展和工业应用这三个方面,介绍了研发成果,苯烷基化制二甲苯技术原料易得,是三苯市场产品结构调整的重要技术手段。目前,两种技术并未进行大规模工业应用,研究人员还在持续研发,以进一步提高技术经济性。In recent years,in response to the current situation of under-producing of xylene and oversupply of benzene production,the researchers developed benzene and C 9 aromatics transalkylation technology and benzyl alcohol alkylation technology to convert excessive benzene to toluene and xylene.This paper summarizes the research and development results of domestic and foreign researchers from the three aspects of reaction principle,catalyst research and development and industrial application.The raw material of benzene alkylation to make xylene is easy to obtain,which is an important technical means for product structure adjustment in the triphenyl market.At present,the two technologies have not been used for large-scale industrial applications,and researchers are still required to continue research and development to further improve the technical economy.
