摘 要:现阶段我国农产品质量与消费者需求之间的矛盾日益突出,四川省紧抓不断健全标准体系、强化产地环境监测、加强农业投入品管理等工作,但仍存在农产品质量安全基础薄弱、农业经营主体质量安全意识薄弱、监管难度大等问题。针对这些问题,该文提出保护和改善农村生态环境、完善法律法规、监管机制和检测体系、增强农产品经营主体质量安全意识等措施,旨在提升农产品质量安全,促进农业可持续发展。At this stage,the contradiction between agricultural products quality and consumers’needs is becoming increasingly prominent.Sichuan Province has been constantly improving the standard system,strengthening the environmental monitoring of production areas,and strengthening agricultural inputs management.However,there are still problems such as the weak foundation of quality and safety on agricultural products,the weak safety awareness of agricultural operation subjects,and the difficulty of supervision.In view of these problems,this paper provided measures to protect and improve rural ecological environment,improve laws and regulations,supervision mechanism and detection system,and enhance the quality and safety awareness of agricultural products management subjects,aiming at improving quality and safety of agricultural products and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
