摘 要:大型原油码头的通过能力受港口设施因素、装卸工艺因素、船舶因素、天气因素和其他因素的影响。大型原油码头可通过码头通过能力和在港实际作业时间来判断是否超负荷运行,码头的最佳通过能力可以使用港口服务水平指标——船舶等待时间占泊位作业时间的比例来判断。除了在码头设计时充分考虑码头未来运行工况的可能性,还可通过提高大吨位船舶运量占比、合理控制船舶到港船期和缩短船舶接卸辅助作业及靠离泊时间等措施来优化提高码头通过能力。The throughput capacity of large crude oil terminals is affected various factors such as port facilities,loading and unloading process,ships,and weather.Large crude oil terminal can judge whether it is overloaded by its throughput capacity and the actual operating time in the port.The optimal throughput capacity of terminal can be determined with the port service level indicator-the ratio of ship waiting time to berth operating time(AWT/AST).In addition to fully considering the possibility of future operating conditions of the terminal in the designing period,the throughput capacity of terminals can also be improved through increasing the proportion of large-tonnage ships'traffic,rational controlling the ships’arrival time,shortening the ships’auxiliary operations and the berthing time.
