摘  要:某腈纶联合装置热牵伸机减速器运行过程中润滑油温度过高,导致减速器齿轮齿面磨损、轴承损坏严重。通过分析减速器润滑油高温的原因,提出了热牵伸机减速器冷却系统的改进措施。结果表明,改进后减速器润滑油温度明显降低,提高了运行稳定性。In the operation of reducer of a thermal drafting machine of an acrylic fiber unit,the gear tooth surface is wearing and the bearing is seriously damaged due to ultra-high temperature of lubricant.Based on analysis of the cause of the high temperature of the reducer lubricant,improvement measures of the cooling system of the reducer are proposed.The results show that the after improvement,the reducer lubricant temperature is significantly reduced,which improves the running stability of the unit.
