摘  要:中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司3.9 Mt/a渣油加氢装置已全面进入第五周期运行,文章介绍了该装置开工以来前四周期的运转概况,对周期内原料和产品情况、催化剂性能等进行了对比分析,并对运行过程中遇到的问题进行了分析和总结。实际运转结果表明:装置总体运行平稳,为下游催化裂化装置提供了良好的原料。随着低硫船用燃料油的生产,催化负荷不足成为炼油厂面临的问题,对此提出了建议措施。The 3.9 Mt/a residue hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has fully entered the fifth cycle of operation.The operation of the unit during the first four cycles is reviewed,the raw material and product conditions,and catalysts performance during the cycles are compared and analyzed,and the problems encountered during operation are analyzed and summarized.The actual operation results show that the overall operation of the unit is stable,which provides good raw materials for the downstream catalytic cracking units.With the production of low-sulfur marine fuel oil,insufficient catalytic load has become a problem faced by refineries,and suggestions are proposed for addressing this problem.
