摘  要:酸性水汽提分为非加氢和加氢两个系列,共用氨精制系统。氨精制工艺采用两级定压定温冷凝、结晶、脱硫剂精制、氨压机压缩技术,液氨质量合格。针对近期出现的液氨呈现红色问题,从液氨的酚含量、油含量、脱硫剂的影响等方面进行排查,确定是气氨脱硫剂的影响所致。脱硫罐切罐后,液氨质量恢复正常。1^#氨精制系统出口无采样器,需增加正式采样器。Acidic water stripping is divided into two series:non-hydrogenation and hydrogenation,which share the ammonia purification system.The ammonia refining process adopts two-stage constant-pressure and constant-temperature condensation,crystallization,desulfurizing agent refining,and ammonia compressor compression technology.The quality of liquid ammonia is qualified.Aiming at the recent redness of liquid ammonia,through checking on various possible factors,including the phenol content,oil content,and desulfurizing agent in the liquid ammonia,it concludes the reason is effect of gas ammonia desulfurizing agent.After the desulfurization tank was cut,the quality of liquid ammonia returned to normal.Considering there is no sampler at the outlet of 1^#ammonia refining system,a formal sampler is recommended to be added.
