摘 要:焦炭塔是延迟焦化装置的核心设备,预热的充分程度对焦炭塔的使用寿命、分馏系统的平稳操作有决定性的影响。文章介绍了两种常见的焦炭塔无法正常预热的原因,包括除焦不净造成大量焦炭堆积在焦炭塔底和焦炭塔的双进料管线其中一路管线结焦;还介绍了直接切换四通处理大量焦炭堆积在焦炭塔塔底造成的无法预热的成功经验。针对进料管路结焦问题,结合管道清焦操作,提出了防止结焦的设计优化思路。Coke tower is the core equipment of the delayed coking unit.The sufficient degree of preheating has decisive influence on the service life of the coke tower and the smooth operation of the fractionation system.The two common causes for coke tower preheating failure are introduced,including two cases of coking in one of the two feed lines of the coke tower and the coke tower's dual feed lines due to poor coke removal,and the direct switchover.The successful experience in handling preheating failure caused by large amount of coke accumulation at the bottom of the coke tower with four-way pipes are introduced.Aiming at the problem of coking in the feeding pipe,and combined with the coke removal operation of the pipeline,a design optimization idea for preventing coking was proposed.
