摘  要:分析了中材亨达水泥有限公司两条5000t/d水泥生产线配套高温风机转速高、叶轮磨损严重、变频器模块温度高和电机频繁出现过电流跳停的原因。对比了高温风机与高效节能风机的性能,高效节能风机节能效果明显好于高温风机,2019年将公司两台高温风机更换为高效节能风机后,实际运行结果显示,两台风机年节约电费近450万元,一年即可收回投资。This paper analyzes the reasons of high speed of ID fan,serious wear of impeller,high temperature of frequency converter module and frequent over-current stop of motor in two 5000 t/d cement production lines.Compared with the performance of high-temperature fans and highefficiency energy-saving fans,the energy-saving effect of high-efficiency energy-saving fans is obviously better than that of normal ID fans.In 2019,two ID fans were replaced with high-efficiency energy-saving fans.The actual operation results show that the two fans can save nearly 4.5 million CNY in electricity costs annually,and the investment can be recovered in one year.
