摘  要:Ф4.2m×13m球磨机+HFCG140-80辊压机+SF600/140打散机的联合粉磨工艺系统电耗高达34k Wh/t,产量仅为120t/h(以生产P·O42.5为准),分析了问题产生的原因,通过新增一台V型选粉机、一台高效涡流选粉机和其他配套扩容设施进行了技术改造,形成了水泥辊压机双闭路联合粉磨系统。改造后,磨机产量由120t/h增加到160t/h,吨水泥电耗降低了5k Wh,取得了明显的增产降耗效果。The combined grinding process system ofФ4.2m×13m ball mill+HFCG140-80 roller press+SF600/140 pulverizer was analyzed.The power consumption was up to 34k Wh/t,and the output was only 120t/h(P·O42.5 shall prevail).Through the addition of a V-type powder separator,a high-efficiency eddy current powder separator,and other supporting capacity expansion facilities,a double-closed-circuit combined grinding system for cement roller presses has been formed.After the transformation,the mill output was increased from 120t/h to 160t/h,and the electricity consumption per ton of cement was reduced by 5k Wh,The effect of increasing production and reducing consumption is obvious.
