摘　　要：分析了回转窑出现黄心料、包心料的原因。通过调整石灰石品位,调整燃烧器风量和提高煤粉燃尽率,适当降低窑产量,调整分解炉温度保证分解率,回转窑黄心料、包心料现象得以消除。Causes of yellow core material and wrapping core material in rotary kiln are analyzed.By adjusting the limestone grade,adjusting the air volume of the burner and increasing the burnout rate of the pulverized coal,reducing the output of the kiln,adjusting the temperature of the decomposing furnace to ensure the decomposition rate,the yellow core material and the core material in rotary kiln can be eliminated.
