摘　　要：霍尔开关传感器是一种基于霍尔效应的磁传感器,常用于测井井下仪器的直流无刷电机中。由于井温和电机本身发热的影响,霍尔元件的环境温度有时会高达200℃,所以必须经过高温筛选才能应用到井下电机中。详细介绍了智能化筛选装置的工作原理、硬件及软件设计。经过多次实验验证,该筛选检测装置能够批量筛选,可实现实时记录与显示,且操作简单直观,具有筛选效率高、可靠性好、实用性强的特点,可以有效保证井下仪器中直流无刷电机高温性能。Hall switch sensor is a magnetic sensor based on Hall effect,which is often used in DC brushless motor of logging tool.Because of the influence of well temperature and the heating of the motor itself,the ambient temperature of Hall element sometimes reaches 200℃,so it must be screened before being applied to the downhole motor.This paper introduces the working principle,hardware and software design of the intelligent screening device in detail.The experimental results showed that the screening detection device can achieve batch screening,real-time recording and display,and simple and intuitive operation.It has advantages of high screening efficiency,good reliability and strong practicability,and can effectively ensure the high temperature performance of DC brushless motor in downhole instruments.
