摘  要:安塞油田开发区域土壤呈湿陷性,含水率低,管道外腐蚀较弱。但由于含水率、矿化度含量、CO2和H2S等腐蚀因子影响,管道内腐蚀情况较为严重。针对管道腐蚀破漏频繁的问题,通过开展管道腐蚀机理研究,评价管道内腐蚀;针对不同属性管道,开展纤维增强复合防腐、高密度聚乙烯等内衬技术,初步建立管道腐蚀防护体系,现场应用效果显著。管道失效率下降70%,每条管道使用寿命平均延长了7.8a,节约成本,达到降本增效的目的。The soil in the development area of Ansai oilfield is collapsible with low water content thus the external corrsion of pipeline is weak.However,due to the influence of water content,salinity content,CO2,H2S and other corrosion factors,the corrosion inside the pipeline is serious.Against the frequently broken of pipeline corrosion,assessment of pipeline corrosion was carried out through the research on pipeline corrosion mechanism.According to different properties of pipeline,the fiber reinforced composite lining technology such as anticorrosion high density polyethylene,preliminary protection system of pipeline was carried out.Field application effect is so remarkable that the pipeline failure rate falls by 70% and the service life is prolonged 7.8 years every article in average.It saves costs and increases efficiency.
