摘  要:为了有效维护生产井流量检定装置,提高流量检定能力,选取在主导实验室刻度合格的注入剖面流量计样本仪器,在使用单位流量检定装置与标准流量检定装置之间进行流量检定能力比对和验证。通过花瓣式比对,指出样本仪器在各比对装置上的最大误差;采用稳健Z比分数分析方法将检定结果分为满意、有差距和不满意三个区段,利用表格和曲线统计分析Z比分数在各区段的分布情况。根据Z比分数从小到大的顺序,对不同检定装置依次采取常规检测、提高精度和故障维修等措施,以保障流量检定量值传递持续有效。比对工作反映了各流量检测装置的运行状况,根据比对结果,各检定装置的使用单位能够制定科学的维修保养办法,以提升设备运行水平、提高流量的检定精度。In order to effectively maintain the flow calibration equipment of production wells and improve the flow calibration ability,sample instruments of injection profile flowmeter calibrated in the leading laboratory were selected to compare and verify the calibration ability between flow calibration devices and standard flow calibration devices.Through petal comparison,the maximum error of sample instruments in each comparison equipment is pointed out.The verification results are divided into three sections:satisfactory,disparity and unsatisfactory by Robust Z score fraction analysis method.The distribution of Z score fraction in each section is analyzed by tables and curves.According to the order of Z score fraction from small to large,routine monitoring,improving accuracy and fault maintenance are adopted for different calibration equipment in order to ensure the continuous and effective transmission of flow calibration equipment value.The comparison work reflects the operation status of each flow detection device.According to the comparison results,the users of each verification device can formulate scientific maintenance methods to improve the operation level of equipment and the accuracy of flow detection.
