摘 要:针对钻井取心成本高、影响钻井速度和爆炸式井壁取心改变岩石原始状态且破坏井壁的问题,在现场使用了旋转式井壁取心的取心方式。从取心收获率的角度出发,分析影响取心收获率的地层因素、仪器因素、井况因素等,并结合现场操作经验给出相应解决措施,在施工时有效地提高了取心收获率。建议设计能够控制仪器方位的取心仪器,针对同一深度点,实现在不同方位取心;设计带有推靠臂的的取心仪器,把钻头安装在推靠臂上,减少扩径影响。In view of the problems in drilling coring such as high cost,influence on drilling speed and destruction to the sidewall due to change of the original state of rock in explosive sidewall coring,the rotary sidewall coring method is used in the field.From the aspect of coring recovery rate,the formation factors,instrument factors and well condition factors affecting coring recovery are analyzed.Through taking proper measures and combining with the experience of field operators,the coring recovery rate is effectively improved during construction.It is suggested that a coring instrument which can control the orientation of the instrument be designed to do coring in different directions for the same depth point.Also,the coring instrument with push arm can be designed with drilling bit installed on the push arm to reduce the influence on borehole expanding.
