摘 要:智能制造是未来钢铁行业战略发展方向,各钢铁制造企业、装备与控制供应商都在积极探索实施方案。以国内钢铁行业首条智能制造示范产线——1580热轧智能产线的建设为例,总结了传统热轧产线智能化改造过程中智能制造技术的应用情况。构建了包括智能化模型、智能物流、设备状态诊断和预测性维护、工艺过程在线检测、绿色产线等八大模块的热轧智能车间的系统框架;介绍了热轧智能产线关键技术;展望了未来热轧领域智能制造的发展方向。Intelligent manufacturing is the strategic development direction of steel industry in the future,so steel manufacturing enterprises,equipment and control suppliers are actively exploring the implementation plans.Taking the construction of the first intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line in domestic steel industry,the 1580 hot rolling intelligent production line as a case,the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the intelligent upgrade process of traditional hot rolling production lines was summarized.The system framework of the hot rolling intelligent workshop including intelligent model,intelligent logistics,equipment condition diagnosis and predictive maintenance,comprehensive online inspection of process engineering,and green production line was established.Key technologies of the hot rolling intelligent production line were introduced,and the future development direction of intelligent manufacturing of hot rolling was forecasted.
