慢性化脓性中耳炎患者应用耳内镜下鼓膜修补术的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探析慢性化脓性中耳炎患者应用耳内镜下鼓膜修补术治疗的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月本院接收的慢性化脓性中耳炎者86例为研究对象,根据数字随机法分为对比组与研究组,各43例。对比组选择实施股室成形术治疗,研究组选择实施耳内镜下鼓膜修补术治疗。观察两组的治疗效果,气导听阈、骨导听阈值,疼痛评分。结果对比组的治疗有效率为69.77%,明显低于研究组的90.70%;对比组的气导听阈、骨导听阈值均明显高于研究组;治疗后,对比组的疼痛评分明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性化脓性中耳炎者采取耳内镜下鼓膜修补术治疗,能取得较好治疗效果,提高患者听力水平,降低手术疼痛感。Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic tympanic membrane repair in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019, 86 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media received by our hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into comparison group and study group according to the numerical random method, with 43 cases in each group. The femoral compartment plasty group was selected as the comparison group, and the eardrum repair group was selected as the study group. The therapeutic effects, air conduction threshold, bone conduction threshold, and pain score were observed between two groups. Results The effective rate of the comparison group was 69.77%, which was significantly lower than that of the study group 90.70%. The air conduction threshold and bone conduction threshold of the comparison group were significantly higher than the study group. After treatment, the pain score of the comparison group was significantly higher than that of the study group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media with endoscopic tympanic membrane repair can achieve better therapeutic effect, improve the patient’s hearing level and reduce the pain of surgery.
