摘　　要：开展全民阅读是落实党和国家建设学习型社会的重要举措。随着我国经济的持续快速发展和城市化进程的不断加快,我国城市轨道交通建设发展迅猛。2019年9月,常州地铁1号线正式投入运行,城市面积、居民规模的扩充对图书馆服务的需求和图书馆延伸服务等内容提出了挑战。文章以常州地铁空间为载体,通过在地铁等地下流动阅读空间建立地铁图书馆,从而营造书香地铁氛围,推动城市文明建设和全民阅读进程。Reading for all is an important measure for the party and the state to build a learning society.With the continuous and rapid development of China’s economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,the construction of urban rail transit in China is developing rapidly.In September 2019,Changzhou Metro Line 1 was officially put into operation.The expansion of urban area and residents’scale challenges the demand for library service and the extension of library service.This paper takes Changzhou subway space as the carrier,and establishes the subway library through the underground mobile reading space such as the subway,so as to create a bookish subway atmosphere,promote the construction of the urban civilization and promote the reading process of the whole people.
