摘 要:以聚丙烯为基体,滑石粉、乙烯/辛烯共聚物、成核剂等为添加成分,制备了聚丙烯基复合材料。通过静态热机械分析表征了复合材料线性膨胀系数(CLTE),采用广角X射线衍射表征了复合材料的结晶行为。研究了两种成核剂与复合材料CLTE的关系,以及成核剂对复合材料晶体结构的影响。结果表明,成核剂通过促进(040)晶面沿b轴取向生长降低复合材料的CLTE值。Polypropylene(PP)based composites were prepared by utilizingPP as the matrix,talc,thylene/octene copolymer(POE),and nucleating agents as the adding ingredients.Coefficient of linear thermal expansion(CLTE)of composites was characterized by thermal mechanical analyzer(TMA).Crystallization behavior of composites was investigated by wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD).The relationships between two types of nucleating agents and CLTE,and the influence of nucleating agents on crystal structures of composites were studied.The results show that nucleating agents can significantly reduce the CLTE value of composites by promoting growth of(040)lattice plane along b axis.
