摘　　要：目的:探究血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)检测在预测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者对克罗米芬促排卵作用反应性中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年6月至2018年12月在河池市人民医院生殖中心门诊进行治疗的PCOS患者300例作为研究对象。对这些患者均采用克罗米芬进行促排卵治疗。根据对克罗米芬促排卵作用反应性的不同对其进行分组,将对克罗米芬的促排卵作用有反应的150例患者作为试验组,将对克罗米芬的促排卵作用无反应的150例患者作为对照组。在对两组患者进行促排卵治疗前,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其血清AMH的水平,采用微粒子化学发光免疫分析法检测其血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)及雌二醇(E2)的水平。结果:对照组患者血清AMH的水平为(6.12±3.50)ng/ml,试验组患者血清AMH的水平为(11.12±2.34)ng/ml。试验组患者血清AMH的水平高于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者血清FSH、LH、T、E2、PRL的水平相比,P>0.05。结论:血清AMH检测在预测PCOS患者对克罗米芬促排卵作用反应性中的应用价值较高。objective:to explore the value of serum anti-mullerian tube hormone(AMH)in predicting the responsiveness of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)to clomiphene in promoting ovulation.Methods:300 PCOS patients who were treated in the outpatient clinic of reproductive center of hechi people’s hospital in guangxi from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.All patients were treated with clomiphene for ovulation induction.Clomiphene was divided into groups according to the responsiveness of clomiphene to ovulation induction.150 patients who responded to clomiphene’s ovulation induction were selected as the experimental group,while 150 patients who did not respond to clomiphene’s ovulation induction were selected as the control group.Before ovulation stimulating treatment,serum AMH levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T)and estradiol(E2)in the two groups.Results:the serum AMH level of the control group was(6.12±3.50)ng/ml,while that of the test group was(11.12±2.34)ng/ml.The serum AMH level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The serum levels of FSH,LH,T,E2 and PRL in the two groups were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:serum AMH test is of high value in predicting the reactivity of PCOS patients to clomiphene in promoting ovulation.
