摘  要:目的:探讨不同强度运动对高脂饮食大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:8周龄雄性SD大鼠32只随机分为对照组(C组)、高脂喂养组(HF组)、有氧运动高脂喂养组(E组)、大强度运动高脂喂养组(HE组),每组8只。E组大鼠采用无负重游泳训练,HE组大鼠采取5%体重负重游泳训练,共8周,60min/d,6d/w。训练末次称重并取大鼠血液进行血脂4项及全身脂肪含量测定。结果:与C组相比,HF组大鼠体重及全身脂肪含量明显增加,血TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高,HDL-C明显降低,并具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。E组、HE组体重、血脂4项、全身脂肪含量与C组比无明显差异。HE组全身脂肪及血脂4项高于E组。结论:有氧运动更有利于预防高脂饮食引起的脂代谢紊乱。Purpose:To investigate the effects of different exercise intensity on lipid metabolism in high fat diet rats.Methods:Thirty-two male 8-week old Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:Control(C),High fat diet(HF,fat accounted for 45%of kcal),High fat diet with Aerobic Exercise(FE),and High fat diet with High Exercise(HE).Rats in group E were trained with no weight-bearing swimming,HE rats were given 5%weight-bearing swimming training,underwent 8-wk of swim training(6 days/week,1 h/day).Twenty-four hours after the last training,four blood lipids and total body fat were measured.Group differences were examined using one-way ANOVA and post-hoc comparisons.Results:Compared with the group C,the body weight and body fat content of HF group were significantly increased,TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly increased,HDL-C was significantly decreased,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body fat,four blood lipids,total body fat content between group E,HE and group C.HE group of body fat and blood lipids were higher than E group.Conclusions:Aerobic exercise is more conducive to the prevention of lipid metabolism caused by high fat diet disorders.
