摘  要:目的确定迷迭香提取物中乙醇残留量的测定方法,并测定其残留量。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,以水为溶剂,色谱柱为DB-WAX(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),载气为氮气。进样口温度为220.0℃,FID检测器温度为250.0℃,柱温40℃;顶空进样,平衡温度为90℃,平衡时间为30min,分流比10:1。结果被测物能得到很好的分离,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,精密度和回收率良好。结论该法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于迷迭香提取物中乙醇残留量的检测。Objective:To determine the residual ethanol in Rosemary extraction.Methods:The headspace capillary gas chromatography is dissolved with water,the DB-WAX capillary column(30m*0.25mm*0.25μm)and nitrogen as carrier.The inlet and the detector temperature are controlled at 220℃ and 250℃ respectively,the column temperature is 40℃.The containers of head-space injector are in equilibrium at 90℃ for 30min and the splitting ratio was 10:1.Results:The samples are separated well in good linear condition that will be at accuracy and recovery rate.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and that is suitable for the determination of residual ethanol in Rosemary extraction.
