摘　　要：针对一些高温轴承试验器,对于其试验设备的控制系统设计采用西门子人机界面KTP1200 Basic作为触摸屏硬件,系统软件选用WinCC flexible可视化组态软件。文中介绍了西门子WinCC flexible组态软件的特点及画面图形编辑、使用方法,配套设计等功能。通过使用WinCC flexible软件对系统进行设计,使控制系统的运行稳定性强,可靠性高,为试验操作人员提供了直观便捷的操作。There are some high temperature bearing tests using Simens KTP1200 Basic as touching screen hardware to control its testing equipments,system software using WinCC flexible.This paper introducts the feature of Simens WinCC flexible,pictures edition,using methods,supporting design and so on.Through the design which using WinCC flexible,it makes control system stable and reliable,gives the workers intuitive and convenient operation.
