摘 要:近年来,深圳电网在操作10kV电容器组开关时连续发生多起开关柜故障、串联电抗器故障事件,分析原因为投切过程中产生的合闸涌流和操作过电压等暂态冲击,致使避雷器击穿短路故障和电抗器过流,对电网及设备的安全运行带来严重危害。为了抑制这些暂态冲击对系统安全的影响,本文将智能相控开关技术应用于110kV变电站的10kV无功补偿系统,并分别对相控开关和常规开关进行多次分合闸投切试验。智能相控开关技术能精确控制三相开关,使其在电网电压的过零点位置进行分合闸操作,从而有效控制电容器投切过程中出现的暂态冲击。试验结果表明,将智能相控开关技术应用到10kV无功补偿系统,可有效抑制合闸涌流和操作过电压,实现系统的安全运行。When a switch of 10kV capacity bank was opearted,a series of switchgear fault and series reactor fault occurred.The causes are transient shocks such as the closing inrush current and the operating over-voltage,which are generated during the switching process.These shocks caused the breakdown of the arrester,then the short circuit fault and the reactor over-current,which seriously threatened the safe operation of the equipment and power system.In order to suppress the impact of these transient shocks on the safety of the system,this paper applies the intelligent phase-controlled switch technology to the 10kV reactive power compensation system of the 110kV transformer substation,and the multiple opening and closing tests of the phase-controlled switch and the conventional switch are performed respectively.The intelligent phase-controlled switch technology can accurately control the three-phase switch to perform the opening and closing operation at the zero-crossing position of the grid voltage,therefore effectively control the transient shocks occurred during the capacitor switching process.The results confirm that the application of intelligent phase-controlled switch technology in the 10kV reactive power compensation system can effectively suppress the closing inrush current and the operating over-voltage,therefore the safe operation of power system can be realized.
