摘　　要：为贯彻“预防为主,防消结合”的工作方针,消灭电气火灾及设备故障于萌芽之中,同时提高设备自动化程度。针对原泵站电气设计的缺陷,本文介绍了对原系统进一步的升级改造方案及施耐德小型PLC(M218)与各类仪表modbus总线通讯方法及组态软件intouch的具体应用。in order to carry out the work policy of"prevention first,combination of prevention and elimination",eliminate electrical fire and equipment failure in the bud,and improve the degree of equipment automation.In view of the defects in the electrical design of the original pump station,this paper introduces the scheme of further upgrading the original system,the communication method between Schneider Small PLC(m218)and various instruments MODBUS bus and the specific application of configuration software InTouch.
