摘  要:应用液压伺服机和材料剪切设备,对5种橡胶取代率的橡胶混凝土进行单轴受压、单轴劈拉和纯剪试验,得到不同加载工况下橡胶混凝土的破坏形态和力-变形曲线,并由力变形曲线提取特征值,对比分析不同橡胶取代率的橡胶混凝土基本力学性能.结果表明:在5种橡胶取代率下,橡胶混凝土的基本受力性能和破坏机理均类似,同时其力-变形曲线发展趋势也基本一致,与橡胶取代率大小无关;随着橡胶取代率的提高,橡胶混凝土单轴受压破坏整体性相对较好,单轴劈拉和纯剪破坏断面逐步变得不平整,橡胶颗粒脱落量也随之变多;受橡胶取代率提高的影响,橡胶混凝土单轴抗压强度、劈拉强度和剪切强度逐步降低,破坏位移逐步提高,塑性变形能力逐步增大,其中抗压强度降低幅值最大为60.67%,剪切强度最大降低49.85%,劈拉强度最大降低58.38%.研究结果对橡胶混凝土的工程应用具有一定意义.In order to explore the basic mechanical properties of rubber concrete with different substitution rates,uniaxial compression,uniaxial splitting tension and shear tests were carried out on rubber concrete with five different rubber substitution rates by using hydraulic servo machines and material shear equipment.The basic mechanical properties of rubber concrete with different substitution rates were compared and analyzed.The results show that the failure mechanism of rubber concrete with different substitution rates is the same,and the trend of force-deformation curve is basically the same,which has nothing to do with the rubber substitution rate.Uniaxial compression failure is relatively high integrity,uniaxial splitting tensile and shear failure sections gradually become irregular,rubber particles shedding more.With the increase of rubber substitution rate,the uniaxial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and shear strength of concrete gradually decrease,the failure displacement gradually increases,and the plastic deformation capacity of concrete gradually increases.The maximum reduction of compressive strength is 60.67%,the maximum reduction of shear strength is 49.85%,and the maximum reduction of splitting tensile strength is 58.38%.At the same time,the mechanical failure mechanism and theoretical calculation of rubber concrete are discussed.The research results have certain significance for the application of rubber concrete engineering.
